The SBSM is happy to announce a new webinar in our Clinical Science Webinar Series! In this webinar series, we will discuss cutting-edge research and its application to clinical care. In our next session, we will discuss how to understand, diagnose, and treat chronic neuroplastic pain.

Description: Neuroplastic Pain is a fairly new name given to chronic pain without a clear structural or biochemical cause. Other names are nociplastic pain, mind-body syndrome, central pain, and the older Tension Myoneural Syndrome (TMS). The treatment approach is educational and psychological. Clinical results and recent outcome studies confirm excellent outcomes.
Presenter: Dr. Schechter is a board-certified Family and Sports Medicine physician. His research focuses on the management of chronic pain.
