Exhibitor Tabletop Booth ($2,000)
6 foot table in the Grand Foyer. Breakfasts and breaks will be stationed here and it is a high foot traffic area for attends as they navigate between sessions. Suggested staffing times: During breakfast, coffee breaks, lunch and poster sessions Thursday-Saturday. Exhibitor profile on the annual meeting app. Includes badges/access for 2 representatives from booth sponsor. Lead retrieval through the meeting app. Push notification to attendees reminding them to visit sponsor booth. Shipping to/from will be the responsibility of the sponsor.
Exhibitor Poster ($1,500)
Exhibitor poster on display during each evening poster session. High traffic poster sessions run unopposed with cocktails (SBSM hosted on opening night and attendee supported each additional evening) each conference day. Includes badge/access for 1 representative. Exhibitor profile on the annual meeting app. Exhibitor is responsible for furnishing poster (up to 4’ x 8’)

Sponsor a highlight event at the annual meeting Options include sponsorship of our Developing Investigators Program/Inclusivity for Impact, Equity, and Engagement (I2EyE) Scholar Reception, the Emerging Leaders Social Hour, the Mentor-Mentee Event, the Mid-Senior Mentor-Mentee Event, or closing banquet dessert. Sponsor a travel grant (including SBSM Scholars, Hall Scholars, LGBTQ+ Trainee Scholars) for a trainee attending the meeting
